Chiropractic Adjustments

A chiropractic adjustment is a hands-on technique where a chiropractor applies a quick, controlled force to a specific joint—most commonly in the spine—to improve alignment and restore normal motion. These adjustments help reduce pain, relieve tension, and support the nervous system by allowing the body to move and function more freely.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization

IASTM is a hands-on therapy that uses specially designed tools to gently break up scar tissue, release tight muscles, and improve mobility. It’s often used for chronic muscle tension, overuse injuries, and soft tissue imbalances.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a holistic treatment that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to restore energy flow, or "Qi." It helps balance the nervous system, reduce pain, calm stress, and support overall wellness.

Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is a guided recovery process that uses exercises and movement strategies to help you regain strength, mobility, and function after an injury or chronic issue. It’s designed to prevent future injuries and support long-term wellness.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a traditional technique where suction cups are placed on the skin to increase blood flow, loosen tight muscles, and support detoxification. It’s a soothing, non-invasive way to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.

Dry Needling

Dry needling targets muscle trigger points—knots or tight bands that can cause pain and limit movement. Using fine needles, it helps release deep tension, improve muscle function, and speed up recovery from injuries or strain.
